In this policy, "we", "us", refers to the project administrator and we take your privacy seriously. This policy explains how we handle your data when you sign up for our waitlist.

2. What Data We Collect
When you use our "Request Access" form, we collect the following personal data:
- Full Name
- Email Address
3. Why We Collect It (Purpose)
We collect this data for the sole purpose of:
- Notifying you when the application launches or when beta access is available.
4. Legal Basis
We process your data based on Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (Consent). By checking the box on our Waitlist form, you explicitly agree to this processing. You can withdraw this consent at any time by emailing us.
5. Third-Party Services (Processors)
We use trusted third-party providers to operate this service. We have Data Processing Agreements (DPA) with them to ensure your data is safe.
- Hosting & Infrastructure: Vercel hosted in Frankfurt, Germany to run our website; Railway hosted in Amsterdam, Netherlands to run our Backend.
- Web Analytics: Vercel Web Analytics. We use Vercel's built-in, privacy-preserving analytics to collect basic usage statistics (e.g. page views, referrers). This service does not use cookies and does not collect personally identifiable information—only aggregated, anonymized metrics.
- Database & Auth: Supabase Inc. (USA/Global). Used to store user data securely. Our database region is configured to EU (Central).
- Email Delivery: ZeptoMail (Zoho Corporation). Used to send transactional confirmation emails.
6. Cookies and Tracking
We do not use third-party tracking cookies or marketing analytics (e.g. Google Analytics) on this landing page. We use Vercel Web Analytics for basic, anonymized statistics only (no cookies, no personal data). We also use strictly necessary technical data (e.g. local storage or session cookies) where needed for the website to function correctly.
7. Your Rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
- Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Request that we delete your data (Right to be Forgotten).
- Correct any inaccurate data.
